Azure CLI Tools Auto Upgrade: Now Even Easier to Stay Current

Azure CLI Tools offer a great way to manage Azure resources from the command line. And starting today, they just got even easier to keep up-to-date!

Azure CLI Tools now automatically upgrade when a new release is available. This means you can spend less time worrying about staying current and more time focusing on your Azure deployments.

Enable Auto Update

Enter the following command to enable Azure CLI to auto-upgrade when a new release is out. 

az config set auto-upgrade.enable=yes

About Azure CLI

Microsoft Azure CLI is a cross-platform command-line tool (available on Windows, Linux and macOS) that allow us to manage Azure programmatically from the command line. Azure CLI is used to manage Azure resources, including VMs.
