If you are using Docker Desktop for your application development environment, you should update your version to the latest Edge channel that was released a few days ago.
The new Edge version 2.0.4.0 includes the latest Security updates and features for Docker (19.03.0), Docker Compose and Kubernetes (1.14.1).
Kubernetes
Version 1.14 introduced support for Windows Server 2019 Worker nodes and containers.
The Windows Containers features were on the list for a very long time and are considered as a significant feature.
