New Project Honolulu Version 1.1.1712.05002 Released

Two days ago, The Microsoft Windows Server Team released the latest Project Honolulu Build to Windows Server Insiders program.

About Project Honolulu

Project Honolulu Is a Web-Based management tool slimier to Server Manager on Windows Server that allows us to manage Windows Server.

At this stage project Honolulu,  Is In preview mode however it’s already capable of doing 80% of all administrative task from the Web Interface.

What’s New In 1.1.1712.05002

The new version delivers a new version and build number which shows that the product is nearing GA (March 2018, 1803).

Enable Nested Virtualization from directly from the VM Interface – This Is a great change because currently, this option Is only available from PowerShell.

Change VM settings while the VM IS running – Same experience as Hyper-V Manager

How to Update

To update to the latest version, Click on Update Available from the Web Interface

The link will automatically start the download process of the latest version build

Click to start the update and follow prompts

If I click on the question mark Icon the top right corner, the version and build number will show the new numbers.
