If you just installed Exchange Server 2010 or updated Exchange to a new Service Pack you might get a blank page whe n tryig to access OWA.
The fix to this issue, is to install the RPC Over HTTP Proxy feature.
This is how the OWA page look like.
To fix the problem Add RPC over HTTP Proxy feature from the Server Manager Features .
After the installation OWA login page comes up.
