Create App Collection in Microsoft 365 MyApps

This Microsoft 365 and Entra ID post will show you how to create an App collection for Microsoft 365 users.

App collections in Microsoft 365 allow us to group applications in tabs under the MyApp Microsoft 365 applications menu (https://myapps.microsoft.com/).

Create App Collection

To create an App collection, Open Microsoft Entra ID, Enterprise Application, and Click on App Launchers.

Click on New Collection.

Name the collection, In our case we will call it Developers and click on Next.

In the Applications tab, search and add all the applications you would like to appear in the collection.

Add the users you would like to be able to manage the collection (this is an optional step) and the users you want to be able to see the collection when they go to MyApps.

The end result is shown below.
