To Shut down a Cisco UCS server open UCS Manager -> Equipment Chassis No -> Servers -> Select the server and in the general Tab Click on Shutdown Server.
Confirm that you would like to shut down the server
To Reset a UCS blade Server Click on Reset Server
Select how you would like to execute the restart
