When trying to open the Client access tabs in Exchange server 2010 you get this error message:
Error message: An IIS directory entry couldn’t be created, The error message is access is denied.
HResult = -2147024891 It was running the command Get-OwaVitualDirectory
This is happening only when Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 co-exist in the organization.
Fix: Simply add the “Exchange Trusted Subsystem” to each Exchange server 2007 local administrators group.
