Windows Server 8 now supports NIC teaming by default and comes pre-build with the O/S.
This means that you don’t need to install vendor drivers, tools and software.
To configure the NIC Team open server manager select the server and right click on it.
In the menu select Configure Network Adapter Teaming
Select New Team
Select NICs
Click OK
All done
If you go the you network adapters you will see the NIC Team
